TVS Motor कंपनी भारत की एक प्रमुख दोपहिया ओर तिपहिया वाहन निर्माता कंपनी है। इसका मुख्यालय चेन्नई ,तमिलनाडु मे स्थित है। टीवीएस मोटर भारत की तीसरी सबसे बड़ी दोपहिया वाहन कंपनी है ओर यह दुनिया भर के 60 से अधिक देशों मे अपने उत्पादकों का निर्यात करती है। हाल ही मे महाराष्ट्र मे घोषित की गई नई इलेक्ट्रिक व्हीकल पॉलिसी से इस मार्केट मे सेल्स बढ़ोतरी हो सकती है। इस मार्केट मे अप्रेल मे वर्ष-दर-वर्ष आधार पर सेल्स लगभग 40 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 91,791 यूनिट्स की रही है। इसमे TVS Motor मे पहली बार सेल्स मे अग्रणी स्थान हासिल किया है।
TVS Motor की इस सेगमेंट मे पहला स्थान मिल है ओर OLA Electric को इस सेगमेंट मे दूसरा स्थान मिल है। एक मीडिया रिपोर्ट मे वाहन पोर्टल पर सेल्स डेटा के हवाले से बताया गया है की अप्रेल मे TVS Motor की बिक्री सबसे अधिक लगभग 19,736 यूनिट्स की रही है। ओला इलेक्ट्रिक मे 19,709 यूनिट्स की सेल्स के साथ दूसरा स्थान हासिल किया है।
TVS Motor का इतिहास
टीवीएस समूह की स्थापना टी. वी. सुंदरम अयंगर ने 1911 मे की थी,जब उन्होंने मदुरै मे पहली बस सेवा शुरू की। बाद मे इस समूह मर ओटोमोबाइल कॉमपोनेट्स के निर्माण की दिशा मे कदम रखा ओर 1962 मे सुंदरम क्लेटन की स्थापना की गई थी।1982 मे टीवीएस ने जापानी सुजुकी के साथ एक जॉइंट वेचर (TVS Suzuki) शुरू किया। इस साजेदारी मे ‘सुपरा’ , ‘शोगन’ , ‘शाओलिन’ जैसे कई लोकप्रिय मॉडेल्स लॉन्च किए गए है। यह साजेदारी 2001 मे समाप्त हो गई , जिसके बाद कंपनी का नाम TVS Motor Company रखा गया ।
TVS Motor का प्राइस ओर फीचर
Chetak 35 सीरीज मे Chetak 3501 का प्राइस सबसे अधिक लगभग 1.3 लाख रुपीए (एक्स-शोरूम) का है। इसके बाद Chetak 3502 का प्राइस लगभग 1.22 लाख रुपीए ओर नए Chetak 3503 ल लगभग 1.10 लाख रुपीए का है। बजाज ऑटो के नए इलेक्ट्रिक स्कूटर का मुकाबला Ola Electric के S1X+ ओर TVS Motor के iQube 3.4 से होगा।इस इलेक्ट्रिक स्कूटर मे Chetak 35 सीरीज के समान डिजाइन ओर 3.5 kWh का बैटरी पैक है।
